Technical Background
Nathan Strong has experience working in the R&D department of Cyberkinetics, Inc. Cyberkinetics designs and manufactures neural electrode arrays for implantation into brain tissue. Nathan had the opportunity to assist in the development and enhancement of this exciting new technology.
Most recently, Nathan was working for a medical R&D company, called M-Biotech, Inc, as their lead research engineer. He was responsible for the design and characterization of M-Biotech's proprietary hydrogel technology. It was during this time that Nathan studied patent law and passed the patent bar exam on his first attempt, without ever attending law school. This allowed him to take on the additional responsibility of managing the company's intellectual property, including patent searches and the drafting of new patent applications.
